KITES FOR KIDS™ is one of the most popular assemblies in the state, and reserves up to one year in advance. We suggest scheduling 4-6 months in advance if possible, to ensure availability of preferred date(s). For availability, please see the calendar on your right; red colored dates are unavailable (although you may call to double check as sometimes we may only be booked for a day or evening show). Red Ribbon week and June are the fastest booking times of year. If requesting SUPER SHOW for more than 400 students, please ensure it is not a minimum day.

Deposit/Refund Policy:		KITES FOR KIDS requires a 50% deposit for all assemblies unless prior arrangements have been made, and all assemblies are considered tentative until deposit is received. Deposit secures event date(s). Due to overwhelming demand, deposit must be received within 15 DAYS of scheduling unless prior arrangements have been made. Deposit is 100% refundable if participating school cancels or reschedules (within current school year) at least 60 DAYS PRIOR to original assembly date, otherwise a $200.00 cancellation/rescheduling fee may apply. RAIN DOES NOT USUALLY AFFECT THE KITES FOR KIDS™ ASSEMBLY . Deposit is 100% refundable if KITES FOR KIDS cancels for any reason.

School Requirements:

All day use (except lunch usually) of open floor space INDOORS such as a Cafeteria, MPR, etc. (auditorium with FIXED seating NOT appropriate for SUPER SHOW).
3-4 folding tables (double cafeteria style), or 6-8 stand alone 6ft. tables.
